Required Participation Forms
As we partner with the community in providing a safe space we are proactive about keeping track of who is onsite and having emergency contact information on record as appropriate. All participants in physical activities are required to complete a liability waiver before participating in associated programs.

Zumba Fitness Classes
Join us for high-energy Zumba classes that combine dance and cardio in a fun, supportive environment. These classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve fitness, boost energy, and enjoy a great workout — no prior dance experience required.
Classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a simple per-class rate that makes it easy to jump in.

Get Active at Hebron Community Center
Our weekly sports programs are open to adults and youth of all skill levels. Whether you’re looking for casual drop-in play or a consistent weekly routine, our pickleball, basketball, and volleyball sessions offer a fun, welcoming way to stay active and connected with the community.
Programs are affordable, instructor-supported, and designed to encourage participation, fitness, and friendly competition.

Soccer Shots
Intro to Soccer (Ages 2–4)
About: A nationally recognized early childhood soccer program focused on character development and fun.
Our Partnership: Hosting seasonal intro-to-soccer sessions for toddlers and preschoolers at HCC.
Impact: Building confidence, motor skills, and positive peer interaction from an early age.

University of Pittsburgh- School of Social Work- ReCAST Project
Promoting Peace in Penn Hills
About: A research initiative focused on strengthening neighborhoods and reducing violence through relationship-building.
Our Partnership: HCC serves as the Penn Hills Community Partner—supporting resident surveys and facilitating anti-violence training cohorts.
Impact: Strengthening collective efficacy—empowering neighbors to care for and intervene on behalf of one another.

About: University students applying technology and systems strategy to real-world community challenges.
Our Partnership: CMU students are helping HCC optimize internal systems, communication, and program metrics.
Impact: Increasing transparency, efficiency, and long-term sustainability to better serve our community.
Penn Hills Partnership

Promoting A Connected Community
Jen is the co-facilitator of this organization - A coalition committed to improving quality of life in Penn Hills.
Our Partnership: Co-hosting an annual Health & Wellness Expo featuring community resources, CPR/First Aid training, mental health education, and wellness workshops.
Impact: Caring for the whole person—body, mind, and community connection.
